One price per practice, any number of staff. No VAT is added to these prices. Prices as of 2026-12.

Free for up to 5 clients — permanently, not "free for now". Every feature is on every plan; only the number of active clients differs. Archived clients don't count.
The small print, in plain words
- Email: up to 150 emails a day for your practice (first emails, nudges and receipts together); any more go out on the next run.
- If you go over your plan (for example after a downgrade), nothing that's running stops — only adding or bringing back clients pauses.
- Files are deleted automatically after your retention setting (90 days after each HMRC deadline unless you change it).
- If prices change, existing practices get 60 days' notice, and you can export everything at any time.
Your data: stored by Google Cloud in the United States (covered by Google's data processing terms for UK data); files deleted automatically after your retention setting.
